🚚 Carriers and Delivery Terms

NETSPA products are delivered via our partner carriers:

  • GLS: for standard-sized parcels
  • Kuehne + Nagel & DB Schenker: for bulky parcels (delivery by appointment)

Important: Deliveries with Kuehne + Nagel and DB Schenker require a mandatory phone appointment. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

📦 Shipping Times

We ship your order within 3 business days after receiving your payment. This timeframe excludes weekends, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.


↩️ Return Policy

Withdrawal Period

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, complete (including accessories, manual, packaging…), and unused.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
  • The return must be requested in advance via our contact form.

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.


📌 Damaged Parcels

Upon delivery, it is essential to check the condition of the package in front of the carrier. In case of visible damage or doubt:

  • Write detailed notes on the delivery slip
  • Refuse the delivery if necessary
  • Immediately inform our customer service with supporting photos via our contact form

📝 Additional Legal Information

  • In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or those that have been opened/used.
